What's a digital twin?
A model of how you think, built from your own conversations. It learns your opinions, values, and reasoning style. Researchers query anonymised digital twins in aggregate; you query your own directly, and that's the 'know yourself' part. It's not a chatbot pretending to be you; it's a structured profile of how you actually reason.
Is the science legit?
The insight engine is built on established research: the Big Five personality model, decision science, values frameworks, the cognitive-bias literature. It's not a personality quiz, and it doesn't make things up: when there isn't enough data for a real insight, it says so.
Can my answers be traced back to me?
No. Research clients see aggregated patterns with identity stripped out, and results are only reported across groups, never individuals. Your self-insights are visible to exactly one person: you.
What data do you share, and what stays with me?
The only data that ever reaches a client comes from a Paid Chat, and even then it's anonymised and aggregated: patterns across thousands of people, never your name, voice or face. Your identifiable data stays inside Perdure and our parent company Brox AI, who use it to build your twin and run the research; clients only ever get the anonymised version. Everything else, your self-insight and the conversations you do just for yourself, stays with you. Don't want to share anything at all? Don't take any paid chats, and it all stays yours. Either way you can read everything we hold on you, fix anything that's wrong, and delete your digital twin (all of it) whenever you want. We never sell your identity, nothing you tell us is ever shared for marketing, advertising or targeting purposes, and nothing from your account, profile or conversations that identifies you ever leaves Perdure and Brox AI. How much will I actually earn?
It depends on how much you talk. Paid AI conversations pay $5–20 each, and most active members land somewhere between $20 and $100 a month. All amounts are paid in US dollars. We publish ranges instead of promises because anyone promising you an exact number from this kind of work is lying to you. The self-insight, though, you keep regardless.
Where does the money come from?
Companies and researchers pay Perdure to understand how people like you think: what you buy, what you believe, how you decide. They pay us, we pay you. They never see your name, your face, or anything that identifies you; they see anonymised patterns across thousands of people.
How do Paid Chats work?
Most conversations build your digital twin and your self-insight. Some are matched to a paid study, based on who we believe you to be from your profile and your conversations, and those are Paid Chats: they pay cash. They come in three flavours: Open Chat you can start any time, Deep Dives we line up for you, and quick Pulses. A study might need a specific age group, a specific city, or people with a particular experience, so not every chat is paid and not every study is open to everyone. The first time you cash in a paid chat we'll ask for a quick hello video to confirm you're a real person. This only works if your profile is true: if you misrepresent who you are to get into studies, you won't be paid and your account will be blocked.
How do I get paid?
Cash out to PayPal, Venmo or straight to your bank. You're paid within 30 days of a completed Paid Chat, usually much faster. It's cash, not points, and nothing expires.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Perdure works right in your browser, and there's a mobile app if you'd rather have it on your phone. Same conversations, same digital twin, whichever you use.
Which countries can join?
Perdure is currently open to people based in the US, UK, Germany, Turkey and Japan. We may ask for additional verification of your identity or location at any time. If you're outside a supported country (or sign up pretending you're not), you won't be paid and your account will be blocked. More countries are on the way.
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or over in a supported country (US, UK, Germany, Turkey and Japan right now). No credentials, no LinkedIn, no 'professional experience'. The whole point is real people, not professional survey-takers.
How much time does it take?
As much or as little as you want. Conversations are 5–30 minutes, on your schedule, from your phone or laptop. You can pause mid-conversation and pick it up later. There's no quota and no streak-guilt, though the more you talk, the smarter your digital twin and the better your invites.
What's the catch?
Honestly: the catch is that it's not a salary. The real payoff is getting to know yourself; the cash is a bonus, beer money to bill money depending on effort. If someone tells you you'll make rent from chatting to an AI, run. We'd rather under-promise.
